all.ways cycling club & racing team
All.ways Cycling Club is New York’s largest WTFNB cycling community—a welcoming, values-driven club that promotes inclusivity and belonging, supports individuals’ diverse cycling goals (including financial aid), builds human-centered partnerships with sponsors who share its values, and rides first and foremost for fun and the love of cycling.
Founded in Fall 2020, the club became a registered non-profit in 2023; in February 2024 it adopted the All.ways Cycling Club name and brand and launched All.ways Racing—now a 10+ racer squad competing and kicking ass all over New York. Today, the club is 80+ members strong with 100+ graduated alumni.
In 2024, All.ways Cycling Club underwent a full rebrand to better reflect its values, identity, and growing community. The redesign establishes a singular visual system built to stand out in a crowded landscape of New York cycling clubs. Both kits use the same graphic layout—typography, logo placement, and proportions—for a clear, consistent look; differentiation is done purely by color: one palette for the Club and another for Racing team. The result is a clean, cohesive identity that stays distinct by team yet reads as one unified pack.
All.ways is proud to be an inclusive cycling club and race team where all women, trans, femme, and non-binary athletes are welcomed and supported. That commitment extends to every detail—including a kit design that avoids gendered colors in favor of a unified, identity-driven system with fluid, organic visuals that reflect who we are.
For Pride 2025, All.ways co-organized a ride series with other NYC teams—coming together in solidarity, visibility, and celebration.
