Loop of Doom

Photography book for the Loop of Doom project.

On Saturday, March 19th, Matt Macduff sustained a terrible fall during his attempt at the Loop of Doom. Built in just one month at the Garden Route Trail Park, the structure rose nearly 40 feet into the sky. It took Matt three years of hard work, determination, and passion to make this project a reality.

The crash left him with ten fractures in his right wrist and three in his right ankle. Yet the story behind the stunt is as impactful as the structure itself—a true testament to resilience and determination. The Loop of Doom stands as a love letter to the unknown. Watch video for the full story.
